Bible education for public school students

Decades ago, our nation systematically removed the Bible from the public school day. LifeWise Academy is bringing it back — during school hours.

“LifeWise is the play to run in your communities. It strengthens families, unifies churches, and meets students with the good news of the gospel right where they are.”

– Tony Perkins

why studens need bible education

It’s not hard to see what’s happening with the youth of our nation. Anxiety, depression and suicide are at all-time highs while church attendance, professions of faith and Bible literacy are at all-time lows.

Now more than ever, students need the Bible.

The next generation is facing unprecedented challenges, and the timeless truths of Scripture offer the foundation they need for character, hope, and resilience.

The opportunity

an untapped legal pathway

Under a little known Supreme Court ruling, students can be released from school for religious instruction — creating one of the greatest opportunities to reach the next generation with the Bible.

The Supreme Court ruled that students can be released from school for religious instruction when three conditions are met:

off school property

The program takes place away from school grounds

privately funded

No public tax dollars are used

parent permitted

Parents opt in for their children

“Released time” is considered by many to be one of the greatest opportunities to reach the next generation with the Bible.
