Once a community hits 50 signatures, it’s time to have a Kickoff Meeting! Each community needs a point person to register as the Kickoff Coordinator to arrange, promote and lead the local Kickoff Meeting.
The Kickoff Coordinator will complete training and work with LifeWise Representatives to have all the tools needed to host a successful meeting and keep up the excitement in the community.
Purpose of the Kickoff Meeting:
Raise awareness and continue momentum in the community
Give community members an opportunity to learn more and take next steps
Role of a Kickoff Coordinator:
Complete the Kickoff Coordinator Training within 1 week of applying
Schedule a 15 minute call with a LifeWise Representative to ask questions and receive a list of upcoming dates to schedule your meeting
Secure a location and complete the Kickoff Meeting form provided to you (plan to host your meeting within 4-6 weeks of applying)
Spread the word (LifeWise will also send email invitations)
Host the Kickoff Meeting!
Help facilitate the completion of Step 3: Raise $500 Launch Fee and Step 4: Form a Steering Committee
