We are excited to teach Bible-based character education to Hilliard City School students! LifeWise Hilliard is currently offered for students during lunch and recess one day a week at specific elementary buildings.
LifeWise Hilliard is currently open to the following elementary students:
Monday: Washington Elementary for grades 2-5 and Brown Elementary for grades 2-4
Tuesday: Avery Elementary for grades 2-5
Wednesday: Beacon Elementary and JW Reason Elementary for grades 2-5
Thursday: Alton Darby Elementary and Darby Creek Elementary for grades 2-4
Friday: Hoffman Trails Elementary for grades 2-5
Students at JWR Elementary walk to and from LifeWise accompanied by teachers and volunteers to their classes at a local host-church. Students at the remaining elementary buildings ride a LifeWise Shuttle or Bus accompanied by teachers and volunteers to their classes at a local host-church.
Classes begin for the 2024-25 school year, the week of September 23rd. New students wishing to participate in LifeWise classes for the 2024-25 school year may begin enrolling at anytime. Students who were enrolled in LifeWise Hilliard during the previous school year are still enrolled because enrollment for LifeWise carries over from one school year to the next. However, the Hilliard City School District permission slip needs to be completed each school year.
